True Esscents offers shipping within the continental United States.

 

Once you place an order with our website, we will carefully inspect and package your products and ship them to you as quickly as possible.

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt.

 

All orders will be shipped via USPS.

 

Orders up to $29.99 = $9.99

Orders from $30-$39.99 = $11.99

Orders from $40-$49.99 = $13.99

Orders over $50 will be shipped free of charge.

Delivery time estimate: 5-7 business days

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

True Esscents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when customers provide incorrect shipping information. Customers will incur re-shipping costs when packages are returned as undeliverable.

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

​We stand behind our natural and organic skincare and hair products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at True Esscents by LA. Since our products are made to be applied to the skin and scalp, sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges after we complete an order unless there has been an error on our part or your item was damaged during shipping.

 

We inspect and package all orders carefully to ensure that items arrive safely. If we have made an error by sending the incorrect item, wrong size or fragrance selected when you placed the order, please contact us via email within 48  hours of your order being delivered. Include a photo of the unused, damaged product(s) and allow us 72 hours to respond. Upon review of your inquiry, we may replace products or issue a refund at our discretion.
